For the first time at the World Skeet Championships, the National Shooting Complex has two new hospitality suites that are being made available for rent to World Shoot participants and vendors. Located in the newly constructed third vendor building, the new units are each 20 feet x 30 feet (600 square feet), with a glass store-front view to the north and easy access with numeric keypad lock. "If I'm going to the World Skeet Shoot or National Sporting Clays Championship at the National Shooting Complex, do I need to pre-order my ammunition?" The NSC carries a large supply of ammunition for our tournaments; however, we do not offer pre-ordering. Our inventory includes all major suppliers with a wide variety of loads in all gauges and is of quantity that participants need not worry about obtaining ammo needed. NSC to Host 2019 Texas State Sporting Clays Shoot

USA and Bobby Fowler are World English Sporting Champions
The USA swept the major awards at the 2017 World English Sporting Championship, with Bobby Fowler winning top individual honors as World Champion and USA Sporting Clays Team members winning each concurrent. 917 shooters from 17 countries competed in the event, April 25-30 at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas. Fowler and George Digweed entered the Super Final in a tie at 189; followed by Gebben Miles, Bill McGuire, and Ben Husthwaite at 185; and Derrick Mein and 2016 World Champion Anthony Matarese at 184. New NSC Shooting Cart Storage Coming Soon
The National Shooting Complex is expanding its shooting cart storage capacity with the construction of a new enclosed storage barn. Construction is expected to begin soon. Reserved spots will be available. The units will be 10 feet wide by 16 feet deep with an 8-foot, lockable roll-up door. Floors will be concrete, and each unit will have lights on an independent switch and a 4-gang electric outlet.
