It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jim Tiner, Chief Warrant Officer Five (Ret.), United States Army. Jim was a native Texan, a Vietnam veteran, a patriot through and through, and a stalwart leader within the National Skeet Shooting Association and the North Carolina Skeet Association.
